The company is directed by Liza Garcia who's friendly, efficient and professional manner makes every client feel at ease knowing that client trust and delivery of client expectations are always strived for on every occassion
 
The Special Resident Retiree Visa (SRRV) delivered through the Philippine Retirement Authority as an Authorised Agent was the original profile of the business which started in August 2005.
 
Since August 2005 Liza has expanded the business to cover 6 vital Visa Services for anyone wishing to stay in the Philippines.
 
Based in the Makati City area of Metro Manila, Liza Garcia has a proven track record for successfully dealing with Foreign Nationals and Filipinos alike.
