Qualifications and Requirements:
Foreign Nationals:
35 years old and above as Principal applicants with or without Spouse and
children below 21 years of age as dependants.
Requirements :
1. Bank time-deposit Investment of Inward US$ Remittance
35 years old - 49 years old - $50,000.00
50 years old and above - $20,000.00
2. Completed PRA Application Form
3. Original Passport with Valid Entry
4. Medical Certificate
5. Police clearance in country of residence before departure or National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance
6. 6pcs each of 1"x"1 and 2"x"2 photographs
7. Processing fee of US $1,400.00 or equivalent amount in peso currency.
NEW! Please note that the Police / NBI clearance procedures have been modified (Jan 2008) by the PRA and it is IMPORTANT to have this aspect of your application properly validated by Vivre Nouveaux Visa personnel prior to making an application. This will save you time and effort and further enhance the smooth process of your application
Additional Requirements for Dependants:
1. Marriage Contract or any similar proof of relationship for joining spouse
2. Birth Certificate or any similar proof of relationship for joining children
3. Additional processing fee of US $300.00 or equivalent amount in peso for each dependant.
Note: All documents obtained from abroad must be authenticated by the Philippine
Embassy/Consular Office and translated into English if necessary.

Two (2) working days in completing the requirements/ Ten (10) working days in Visa Processing upon
First day:
a. Follow-up orientation
b.Filling-out Application From
c. Banking Transaction-We will take you to the bank of your choice, and once there, bank officials will supply you with the detailed information and instructions you will need.
Two Optional Scenarios:
We will visit the bank and open an account for transferring/remitting funds from originating country
There is usually a 2 day working process to complete this.
Give Vivre Nouveaux Visa Services your chosen banks name. The bank will then give you instructions
and details on how to transfer funds for PRA-SRRVisa retirement program with our assistance.
d. NBI-clearance (can be done in 30mins)
Bring passport and 2 2"x"2 photographs, P200.00 processing fee
Second day:
a. Medical Examination for Medical Certification requirements
(early schedule to avoid long cue - can be done 1.5 hours)
b. Submission and payment of processing fee of $1,400.00 at PRA office
(Vivre Nouveaux can do it with the applicant or without the applicant)
Note: PRA will hold your original passport for the processing of your Visa for a maximum of 10-11 working days.
