QUOTA VISA
QUOTA VISA (13g) - is an immigrant Visa under reciprocal agreement between the Philippines and those foreign countries accepting Filipinoes in the same manner. It issues 50 alloting quota numbers each year from a series of evaluation of documents of the approving Government Offices such as; the Philippine Consular, the Department of Foreign Affairs and the actual issuance is at the Department of Immigration.
ADVANTAGES AND OBLIGATIONS:
a. Advantages:
Gives you permanent resident status in the Philippines
Gives you the right to work
Gives you the Alien Certificate of Registration
Allows you to invest and do business provided you follow the rules and regulations of governmental offices related.
b. Obligations:
Pay the Annual Fee (between January-February, minimal amount)
Renew the I-card (ACR I.D) every 5 years.
If frequent traveller, secure Exit-clearance on every trip outside the Philippine jurisdiction and
secure Re-entry clearance valid for 1-year.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
Accomplished Visa Application form (F.A. Form No.3)
Submit original Passport whose validity must extend at least six (6) months beyond the length of purposed stay in the Philippines.
One 2"x"2 size photograph taken within the six (6) months
Medical Certificate completed at the Department of Quarantine
Proof of Active Investment worth US $40,000.00 or equivalent amount in Peso Currency.

First Day:
- Documents as proof of Active Investment
- One 2"x"2 photograph
- Medical Examination (Department of Quarantine)
- Early appointment at 8am to avoid long cue
- Bring specimen sample (stool and urine)
- Original passport with valid date
- Two 2"x"2 photographs
- Processing fee of 950.00 pesos
Second Day:
- Signing of other important documents.
- Submission of completed required documents for evaluation and processing.
