PRE-ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT VISA
 
 
The Pre-Arranged Employment Visa (commercial) (9g) 
 
It is a visa issued to a foreigner who comes in the Philippines to work in a employer-employee relationship basis.  Application is made by an existing company in the Philippines, who follow certain procedures with required documents to prove the existence of the employer-employee relationship.

  • payment of salary or compensation
  • power of dismissal
  • power of the employer to control the employee in the respect to supervise the work description and the work obligation is  being done.

 

 
Required Documents:
  • Letter request from the petitioner - organization
  • General Application Form (BI Form RBR 98-01)
  • 2x2 picture to be attached to the application form
  • Alien Employment Permit (AEP) from the Department of Labor and Employment.
  • Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, SEC Certification of Registration of the petitioner.
  • Income Tax Return and proof of payment of taxes by the petitioner
  • Contract or agreement entered into for applicant's service stating term of service and exact compensation and other benifits to be received.
  • Biographical data of applicant
  • Affidavit of support and guarantee executed by the petitioner in favor of the applicant
  • Certificate by Human Resource Director/ Personnel Officer as to the number of foreign nationals employed by the petitioner
  • True copy of the applicant's passport showing admission status and updated stay
  • Other supporting documents which will aid in the evaluation of the application
 
If the applicant will be accompanied by his/her spouse and unmarried minor children.
 
  • Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate of unmarried minor children if dependents are included in the application.
  • True copies of passport of the spouse and unmarried minor children
